Backyard Upgrade

On Friday afternoon, our backyard got a major upgrade, in the eyes of a toddler and preschool, with the arrival of our new playset. The above playset is the bargain version of the much more expensive playsets, and it can be found at the Mill Stores. It was even more of a bargain with a sale and mistake by the Mill Stores. When we purchased the playset a few weeks ago, Grampa and Greg had planned to pick it up and assemble it--saving a few hundred dollars. Due the Mill Stores' own mistake, we ended up getting delivery and assembly for free-- a coup that warranted note in Uncle Brian's blog, www.cheapgreenandhappy.blogspot.com. After hearing the playset assembly experience of our neighbors, we feel very lucky about the good misfortune. The Brothers YZ already love the playset, as do their friends, and I'm sure that we'll get years of fun especially out of the tree house. Next on the list is a sandbox that the Brothers YZ can fit into at the same time.
