Evan has always preferred sleeping anywhere but his bed--his parents' bed is fine. Recently, he has taken to creating a "nest," as he calls it is the space between the wall and the bed. He pads the wood floor with a sleeping bag before piling the blankets on top of himself. I've been trying to capture an image of him sleeping in the nest all week, but the pictures kept coming out too dark until I tried the night shot on my camera which illuminates the subject in infrared light resulting in the funky picture above. The sleeping arrangement may be unorthodox, but at least, he is staying in his own room for the entire night. Now we need to find out what works for Liam...Sunday, May 18, 2008

Nicky spent an entire year sleeping on his floor! He would insist on going to sleep on the floor, and for awhile Mike would go in and move him to the bed after Nicky was asleep. But in the morning we would find him on the floor again, so eventually we gave up and let him just stay on the floor all night. Strange! But he was happy.
Whatever works and isn't harmful is Ok with me! Awesome camera shot. What other capabilities does that thing have? X-Ray? Thermal Imaging?
