We have had a great Labor Day weekend! Hurricane Earl give us a little rain and wind on Friday, but by Saturday morning, we had beautiful and much cooler weather. On Saturday, we met Uncle Brian, Aunt Meg, Henry and Hazel at Old Sturbridge Village where the cousins enjoyed following each other around. On Sunday, we spent some time in Grampa's garden helping him to pick carrots and dig for potatoes and wash off the produce with a hose. Today the boyz cheered me on as I ran a hilly 5 mile road race in Charlton. Liam and I spent the rest of the day painting and cooking/baking with the produce from Grampa's garden, and Greg and Evan climbed Mount Wachusett with the neighbors. Now we are relaxing with a new Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated before the craziness of the second week of school begins.
