A Very Busy Weekend

It was a very busy weekend for the Brothers YZ with a playdate with Cousin Henry, Easter Egg Hunt, and two birthday parties. First up, Cousin Henry who enjoyed a walk on the wild side at the Pioneer House complete with a triple swing, markers, and lots of snacks.
Then, it was off to the Fifth Annual (our third) Easter Egg Hunt and Cookout at the Pratts/Turcottes. It was postponed until this weekend due to sickness. The older kids found their dozen eggs quickly and focused their energy on helping Liam to find his eggs. The weather wasn't nearly as warm as last week--only mid-50s--and windy, but anything is fine with a Dunkin Donuts box of joe and bottle of Bailey's.

Later that afternoon, Evan had a birthday party for a classmate at an indoor sports place called Team Works where he was introduced to a "great" game for kindergartners--Mortal Kombat II.

Sunday was a little quieter, but not much. After church, we went to Sage's fourth birthday party. With so many boys in the neighborhood and in the family, it was our first Princess Party. With plastic swords and a big backyard with ultra swingset, even boys enjoy a Princess Party.

Next weekend will be almost as crazy with two more birthday parties--Pump It Up and McDonald's Play Place. Keeping up with the Brothers YZ and their social calendar is exhausting!
