Evan's Second Report Card

Evan got his second report card this week, and it was great. He managed to snag two "4" ratings which, of course, were offset by two "2" ratings on his academic skills. All of his other ratings were the old standby of "proficient." In his social skills, he was upgraded in three areas from satisfactory to excellent including his ability to have self-control in play and work, to follow the roles, and take care of his belongings. I wish that last one would extend to his home life. The teacher's comments were all glowing. Needless to say, we are so proud of him and celebrated with a trip to MickleDonalds for dinner--in the restaurant with time in the play place.
