Providence Safari

On Friday, both Greg and I had the day off so we decided to leave town with the boys. With only a 30% chance of showers, we took a gamble and headed to Providence to visit the Roger Williams Park Zoo. Before our urban safari, we fueled up at our favorite diner, the Modern Diner in Pawtucket, which put a HUGE smile on Evan's face. The half-price admission to the zoo put a big smile on Daddy's face. The Roger Williams Park Zoo is undergoing some major renovations so some of the animals are temporarily off-site. There were still lots of interesting animals to watch, and the Brothers YZ never complain about watching diggers and dump trucks. Evan did a great job leading the way with the map. The rain held off, and we all enjoyed an opportunity to enjoy 50 plus degree weather. There was plenty of "fresh hair" for everyone!
