Just before winter began, Evan finally started to pedal his tricycle. For the longest time, he seemed to get the idea of pedalling, but he insisted that the Flinstone method was faster. Now that he actually riding a bike, Santa thought it was time for a helmet. We had a brief break in the winter weather, and Evan got to try out his new protective gear. We hope that he'll always be this enthusiastic about bike safety.
