Liam and Evan showed more endurance for the snow than ever before. I guess that's what snow deprivation will do to you. They stayed out for more than 2 hours this morning building forts and sledding at our neighbor's house. They even tied Cody to their sled, but he didn't turn out to be much of a sled dog. Then, in the afternoon, they spent another hour and a half playing at the dead end with the other Evan.
Last night the Brothers YZ were intent on doing a science experiment. Evan constructed a container in which he placed a mixture of orange paint and baking soda, and then he poured in vinegar. A volcano effect was created. Even Cody had to get in on the action.
Over the weekend, we took advantage of a great Groupon for candlepin bowling at this blast-from-the-past bowling alley in Fitchburg. $18 forW 2 hours of bowling with shoes for all of us. Plus I had a $5 off coupon. We lots of fun. Liam rolled several spares and had the highest total score. Evan bowled one strike. You can check out their winning moves in the videos below.
