Everyone who knows me knows me knows what an amazing nanny that I have had the great fortune to share over the past three years--Katie! Sadly, Katie is leaving us after the summer to pursue other interests. I have a lump in my throat just writing that sentence. In the meantime, she is making the most of her time with the kids--the Brothers YZ and their friends, Sage and Orion. Today, we all went to the Wachusett Meadow in Princeton to release some tadpoles--now frogs--that the kids have been watching mature. Katie tried her best to catch a bullfrog while we were there and did manage to catch them a salamander which Liam decided needed to go back in the water for a swim. His girlfriend, Sage, forgave him immediately. The jury of Evan and Orion is still out.
